Fully renovated villa with room for the family
When Anneli moved to her new home by the water, she chose to completely renovate the villa from the ground up. The goal was to create a warm and social home for the whole family with a balcony as the natural gathering point.
– For me, it was important to create a place where the whole family can gather and spend time together, says Anneli.
The glazed balcony has become a natural part of the home, a glass façade that gives the house a stylish expression while creating a safe and pleasant place with views over the water.
Living this close to the water also places demands on the right solutions. Wind, weather and open surfaces make it important to create a safe and usable balcony without losing the open feeling.
The right glass balustrade in the right place
On the balcony, Anneli chose different glass balustrades depending on how the areas are used. Where the need for wind protection is greatest, the height-adjustable glass balustrade ClickitUpBalcony is installed, while the glass balustrade CiUFixedBalcony has been used on the parts that are less exposed to wind. The combination makes the complete setting both smart and harmonious.

Calm air or cooling breeze
